Had an awesome session with Jason and Colleen in New York City. Still as funny as when I first photographed them 5 years ago, it was a really enjoyable session. Thanks for the time spent guys!

In San Francisco with Gary n Eelen

Happy New Year! We’ve been away in the US for the past month embarking on some shoots and also enjoying the grand landscapes!

We shot Gary and Eelen in San Francisco on the last few days of December and it was a beautiful day. Thank you Eelen for braving the cold and Gary for driving in the crazy streets of SF!

Here are some of the sneaks!

We will be in NYC in Feb/March 2017, Kyoto in March 2017, Tokyo in April 2017 and Europe in August 2017. Email us for more info!

Blessed New Year everyone!

We spent Christmas morning with Godwin, Gwen and Matilda in the beautiful city of Berkeley, California, where the family is based now.

We first photographed Godwin and Gwen during their wedding a few years back and this time round we are really happy to meet them again in the US.

They are a joy to be with and Matilda is really sweet. She is definitely enjoying her time here in the US!

Paris with Norman & Stephanie

Of long journeys and boat rides. Of the stillness of the jungle and starry nights. Of giant cicadas and luxurious floating tents. Of a thousand paper cones and the warmth of family and friends. Of a love story that developed over cookies. We witnessed the union of Gary and Jacqueline in the amazing nature landscapes of the Tatai River.

Justin & Emily Wedding Day Selects
Justin and Emily held a wonderful wedding ceremony at Nikoi Island, a private island off Bintan. It was an intimate ceremony, attended by less than 30 of their closest family and friends. We were with them for 3 days, and enjoyed their warm hospitality and company as much as photographing them!
The wedding day started with a relaxed shoot for both of them, around the island. It is not everyday we get to shoot portraits of the couple the morning of their wedding. Its usually full of chaos and rush but we had the luxury of time which we spent taking photos of them. The island is beautiful, mostly untouched nature. The whole setup is protective of the environment.
Justin’s mum was the beautician for the event. She did the hair and makeup for both the bridesmaids, Emily’s mum and the bride herself. Emily looked radiant in her gown, accompanied by her bridesmaids and her mum in blue. Justin and his best man had a couple rounds of whiskey before setting off the ceremony.
It was a beautiful ceremony. It rained earlier and threatened to move the ceremony indoors but the weather cleared right before it was about to start so we had glorious after rain light and a nice breeze. Emily’s brother presided over the ceremony and it was an endearing one.
Pre dinner drinks were served at the bar followed by a dinner. Emily and family prepared traditional ratten hand fans for all the guests. Many good speeches flowed over dinner. Everyone was treated to an amazing display of fireworks and a bonfire (where guests toasted marshmallows) was set up.
We had a really good shoot and a really good break too! Thanks Justin and Emily for your warm hospitality!

From London, Munich and Singapore with love – Mike and Su Pei

We followed Mike and Su Pei from the bustling metropolis of London to the Bavarian capital of Munich, before heading back home to Singapore for their whirlwind engagement photo-shoot. It was a joy for both Ginos and me to photograph the both of them as Mike is a longtime close friend. It felt more like a holiday than a shoot! Blessed Union!
